By downloading, installing, or using the PiLiPa mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our app.

2. Eligibility

If you are under 18, you are not permitted to use this app under any circumstances.

3. Description of Service

PiLiPa is a goal-setting and habit-tracking application that allows users to:

• Create and manage personal wishes and goals
• Track daily habits and progress
• Earn and purchase coins within the app
• Organize goals by categories (Health, Study, Career, Relationship)

4. User Conduct

You agree to use PiLiPa responsibly and in accordance with these terms. You agree NOT to:

• Use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or modify the app
• Share your account with others
• Use the app in any way that could damage or impair the service
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

5. Coin System and Purchases

Virtual Currency

PiLiPa uses a virtual coin system that allows you to:

• Earn coins by completing goals and daily habits
• Purchase additional coins through in-app purchases
• Use coins for app features and rewards

Purchases

When making coin purchases:

• All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by law
• Coins have no real-world monetary value
• Coins cannot be transferred to other users or converted to cash
• We reserve the right to modify coin pricing at any time

No Subscriptions

PiLiPa does not offer subscription services. All transactions are one-time coin purchases.

6. Intellectual Property

PiLiPa and all its content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app
• Use our trademarks or brand names without permission
• Create derivative works based on our app
